Had a gremlin for a few days where sometimes the wash would not see a car enter and timeout. Watched the camera and you could see the car pull in and it never told them to stop. Sometimes it would work, BUT then it would try to remeasure after the TF was applied when it went to rinse and give an impact error and leave the customer with TF all over the vehicle.
Its kinda hard to trouble shoot since you have to get the upper panel open to view the two CG Amplifiers. Well it turned out that the front driver CG sensor was bad on the arm and it wouldn't show as being disconnected just would not sense.
Just in case anyone else has a strange error like this. Doesn't hurt to have a few extra in the parts bin.
Anyone else seen an issue like this?
I do have to give Kuddos to WW for having a tech on the phone at 8am EST(ON a Sunday!!!). I don't know what others companies offer this type of service. Vic
