we are looking to list our car wash (4&2) with a broker, just getting too old to deal with the day to day

talking to a roger pencek with car wash broker, inc out of phoenix, anybody know anything about him, - good, bad, or indifferent?

Roger is a competitor. He seems pretty smart, he is very knowledgeable about carwash, most of what I’ve hear from others points to competence and he tends to be very straightforward, if not direct.

Like others that provide opinion of value and involved in buy/sell, he would be a good choice.

Regardless of whom you decide to work with, prepare yourself. Valuations are down virtually everywhere. It is a buyer’s market.

I would also speak to local carwash operators. They are the likely buyers IMHO.
