New to the industry and purchased a wash that has 3 SS bays, a pet wash and one IBA. Just curious how everyone operates there day to day? We have employees that typically go to site just before closing and clean bays, take out trash and do general housekeeping then make sure all the doors are closed up for the night. Would any of you think a full time attendant would be necessary or beneficial? I'm thinking only if I could find someone that could also do small repairs and maintenance then it might be worth it, also maybe hard to find or pay for that skill set. we are in smaller town and close at 9pm since there is not much car traffic through out the night plus keeps me from having to be woke up in the middle of night with someone stuck in automatic or something.
