Canadian $2 coin

My ma-800 has started rejecting canadian toonies lately,not all of them.Has the metal content been changed recently?

Yup sure did. All of the 2012 toonies are a different alloy. I had to program both the new 2012 loonie ($1) coin and toonies ($2) in a new coin slot on all of my MA-800s because in my experience, they can not be learned with other toonies and loonies. The alloy change is that different.
The new 2012 toonie has a maple leaf embossed above and below the polar bear.

Now that leaves me with a new dilemma,I'm max out on ma-800.Its programmed for quarter,2 tokens,dollar coin,old loonie and toonie.Does anybody make a coin mech to handle more options,any suggestions?

MicroCoin can handle up to 12.

The IDX MA812 can accept up to 12 coins, we just found out about it with a recent shipment of venders to Canada.
