Dual Bay Auto in NC
I'm looking to expand my business by leasing a vacant car wash building at a local gas station and installing my own equipment in it. I'm currently trying to prepare a proposal for lease to send to the C-Store owner. Before I just do the whole thing from scratch I thought I'd just ask if anyone knows of anywhere where a sample document or template for this kind of thing exists. Thanks for your help!
