best low cost replacment for old Paloma tankless heater for floor heat and hot water tank for self serve bays

right now i have 4 Paloma PH-24M-DNs. 2 for the floor and 2 for a hot water box that feed my self serve pumps. the heaters are failing and i just need to replace them.
