I have a Rowe BC-1200 that has been pretty much flawless. I updated it to use the Capital Vending module and no issues other than a coin jam here and there or a burnt out laser. Yesterday it said hopper empty because one was, so we fixed, filled and reset like usual. This time the control board said "setup .... " can't remember exact wording, but needed programming. I programmed it again and my theory was that the middle hopper wasn't working as it only let me setup the 1st and 3rd hoppers. Issue is that it takes bills and the control board then says 25 paid out 0 instead of counting down and paying out the 4 quarters when you put in a dollar. Same for 5's etc. I double checked the programming and it is correct. What else could the issue be?
