Automatic brush issues

I am new to the carwash industry. This is my first post. I purchased a Nu Star soft touch. It is an older unit but has been working good up until last week. Having issues with the wash cycle. I have 3 wash choices. The issue happens pretty much in same place during the wash. Once the car pulls in and triggers the start of the wash. The unit moves from the back with the pre soak. Then the unit starts to move towards the back with the top brush coming down to hood then up to top of cab. Top brush moves towards back of cab and stops while still continuously turning for minutes before it starts back moving finishing the cycle. While sometimes, once the top brush moves towards the back and triggers the front side brushes to start on their way back forward they stop while continuously turning in what seems the same spot on the track as did the top brush earlier in the wash cycle. Things I have done so far. Jacked both sides up checking the wheels and bearings, replacing passenger side front bearings. The hyd motor is leaking and I have ordered a new one. Replaced the driver side rear wheel prox switch. Replaced top brush prox sensors and wires. Not sure what else to try. Program timer issue, rear banner switch? Sorry so long of post, but I have been down for a week now. Have no tech help to call. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

I’m not familiar with Nu Star machines.
If you can get in touch with this guy, he might be able to help you. I don’t think he is still officially in business, but he has serviced Nu Star equipment. Maybe try calling his number.
