Audio wireless sender

I have a situation where I need to send my TV sound to an amp in another part of the house. I can not run wiring. I've tried the X-10 video/audio sender 2.4 and it works for a little while but then starts with interference/noise. I've tried 2 of these, and while they react differently, the results are the same.

Has anyone found something that is reasonably cost that might work?
