Aquamaster Floats sticking

Has anyone had issues with Aquamaster floats sticking open? I don't know if that has ever happened with my Hydrominders but I have had 3 aquamasters stick wide open.

Just wondering if anyone else had the same experience. Planning to switch to Hydrominders.

Hi .. I had the same problem, however the chain need to be shortened to the shortest length.. otherwise the float goes sideways some and is not vertical enough to shut off valve.. in other words, shortest chain possible worked for me.. YMMV..
 
That seems like a possible solution. I extended some of my float chains so that my tanks weren't as full all the time.
I'll try going back to the short chain.
