We use Aqua Bio Technologies as our reclaim system provider at our wash. Recently, we've had a build up of sludge collecting in our cyclone drain basin trough and water is filling up all the way up to the cyclone drain cones. Water level doesn't reach any higher than that but it's obviously not normal. Normal function would be water filtering through cyclones and draining immediately down the pipes back into the collection tank. Anyone have this issue before and can point out some tips?
My guess is that the sludge has accumulated in the pipe to the collection tank and is restricting drain flow. If this is the case, I don't know how I would be able to clear out the pipe of all the sludge without damaging the hose itself or fouling water with drain chemicals (if this is even a thing). I know for a fact that if the drain hose did tear underground in the chase, it would be a PITA to repair not to mention the cost. Any ideas?
