Wanted to see if anyone has the I/O board that is attached to the door before I buy a new one. Recently the 0 button on my keypad stopped working, so I replaced the keypad at $100 and it didn't fix the problem. The short little wire harness tests good with a meter and if you hit the zero a bunch you get an " Invalid Media" message. Not a huge deal for normal use, but my few fleet accounts are unable to use the codes since every code has to end in zero.I plan on replacing the whole unit in the future but just trying to limp it along for awhile longer. Unless anyone has another idea as to what may be wrong I'm thinking the board is the next step.
