This rubber boot is off a little rock/fountain thingy that my wife loves. I tore it while attempting to replace the pump. The cord runs through the small hole and the big part fits around a shoulder made into the bowl of the fountain. I don't even know what to call it to do a good google search. I can't find any identifying info on it either.
