American Paystation communication with Belanger IBA

We have a new American Paystation with a Belanger Kondor iba. The way it works now is that when a customer is in the bay and the spot free cycle ends the paystation sends the next queried wash to the iba. The paystation says "Thank-you, please pull forward". It might take the customer in the bay another 30 secs to pass the exit sensors (since they are pulling through the dryer). When they pass the exit sensors the iba activates the next wash, front door goes up, wait light goes off and enter light goes on. The problem is alot can happen in this 30 secs. The paystation says pull forward and the door stays down, so customers will scan their credit card again getting double charged.

Anybody know how to set paystation or iba so paystation doesn't say "please pull forward" until the iba is ready?

We had a similar problem with our Ryko. We hold the "Wash busy" signal (from the wash to the Paystation) with a relay activated by the dryer while it is running. The paystation will not send the stacked wash until the dryer stops and released the wash busy signal. The next customer does not get a green light, or "Thank You" from the paystation, until the signal is released.
