American Changer still in business?

I've called their tech and parts departments 7 times in the past two weeks, nobody answers. They finally ask me to leave voice mail and they'll call me back. Never do. They still around?

They're still around. Early last month, I had them repair a hopper for me.

There is a guy named Chuck White who works for them. Chuck can be reached at 978-758-8879. He might be able to help you or get you directed to someone.

A lot of their people are working from home. They're still in business, probably just too busy to answer voicemails quickly.

It's impossible to get ahold of them. However, Randy had me try the American Changer Help page on Facebook. They replied immediately and helped me out.
