Hi all
I noticed most of the touchless use stainless steel. However, I saw quite a bit of aluminium on the new Laserwash. Any experience with this (corrosion, etc.) especially with the RO water? Thanks and cheers.

It's better than steel, but aluminum is going to corrode. The Vector carriage is almost all aluminum, and pretty much all the bolts threaded into it take the threads with them when removed.

A good rainy day project, remove all the bolts and coat them with a never seize compound. Might be helpful down the road. I use a product called "Fluid Film"...works for me.

Almost every bolt I have removed at my wash I have replaced with a good coating of never seize. I use the cheap stuff from auto parts. I even use it on the threads that secure my security covers on the vacs that keep folks out of the cleanout bags.
