Alarms after shortage

i think after that eye shortage, it mess up the card. Im getting all kinds of alarms. Profile 1-4, can eyes, wb eyes...the osc vdf/wb vdf tripped ... i think i have the similar situation where eyes check out good but errors come up. which card do i need to replace? input/output?

I had a recent issue that kept me closed for the better part of 3 weeks. Kept replacing proxes and eyes and cables and kept getting a lot of different alarms. It turned out to be a worn thru cable that housed about 15 wires in the gantry. Most of the wires and ground were wore thru to the copper and shorting out causing mayhem. I would very carefully check all of my cables from the control panel in the equipment room, out into and throughout the gantry. Check them wherever there is a bend, rubbing point, or pinch potential. It's a very difficult problem to diagnose and chase down. We discovered the worn cable while snooping around after chasing various alarm messages from all over the equipment.

One other thing - the cable was worn on the back side and looked fine just looking at it when it was in place. It took some tugging and pulling and bending to expose the break.

What Kind of Unit are we talking here 1.0 or 2.0?
If you have a WW2.0 you may want to check the Black Juction Box if water got inside or look for floating wires from sensors(8 Channels Banner Eyes)and conect them to 24vdc+,"except the black wire inside of Emmitters Black Box" the rest of the floating wires should be terminated to positive in the Brown terminal block(Since these sensors are NPN switching)...or also check for 10Cdrs cable from Gantry Panel to Black Junction Box if there is not signals of damaged cable, this cable bring all the inputs signals from Proximity Inductive Sensors and the Photoelectrics sensors too.Trust me nobody know about this little trick.....
