Anyone have any suggestions for cleaning Airlift doors?

What part of the door are you wondering about?

The door itself. The vinyl or plastic material is gross looking.

We take a mop, some warm soapy water and wipe it down. If there's lot of grime built up, we take a mild grease-cutter and spray that on first and let it sit for a couple minutes before washing with the mop. Our guys wash them at least once/week.

I use the Kleen Wall on them. Cleans them like new

While we're on the topic of AirLift Doors, does anyone have problems with their pneumatic door. Our entrance door to our IBA jolts when it's coming down. We've been having to regularly (almost daily) wipe down the pole and grease it with lubricant. We've had maintenance come and adjust the tension on the overhead spring, adjust the tightness of the carriage arm, but it still is doing the same thing if we don't wipe and grease faithfully. We are installing a splash guard around the pole to prevent debris from collecting on the pole. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems. Thanks!
