I am installing a new air lubricator on the air that supplies my ARO pumps. I replaced the regulator this past summer and when I replaced it I thought I could get away without using a lubricator. I bought this wash in June and I do not have any experience with a lubricator. I am assuming that I buy Pneumatic air tool oil and fill the bowl on the lubricator and make sure that is down stream from the air filter (Water seperator) on the regulator, correct? I am doing this because I noticed one of my air pumps leaking air, especially in colder temps. I talked to an Aro technician and he said to install a lubricator and possibly rebuild the air section of the pump. I noticed that I can make the air leak go away when I increase the PSI going to the pump but when I back it off it starts again after after I leave and come back. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
