All,

Made my own tire inflater air machine and used a piece of hose I already had, but it gets really stiff when it get cold. What type of air-hose would be best in cold weather?

Thanks in advance...BigLeo

For my air machines I use standard 1/4" steel braided hose. I get the most bang for the buck. You can buy 20' pre made sections with fittings from Sonny's and KR.

Using regular rubber does not seem to last.

Ditto on the 1/4" steel braided hose. It works great and stays pliable even in the cold weather.
