AI, how will it change our SS biz…..?

I think most of us would agree, that AI, is going to change our world, ii am just not sure how it will affect the SS game….?

Hopefully it will teach our customers how to be clean, honest, good human beings, and have respect for our washes that THEY use. Probably not though.

AI will allow us to ban bad customers or ones with bad credit via facial recognition, it will replace RFID tags as cars and people can be recognized automatically, and it will help customers who refuse to read anything figure out how to press the correct buttons to get the paystation or meter box to work.

AI will speed up routine tasks in self-storage like customer support, payments, and even lead scoring. The core business stays the same, but the back office will run faster.
