Advice needed for ding repair set up on site

Have always thought it would be cool to occaisionally have someone doing windshield ding repair on-site, and recently met someone who does that. Have any of you had this set up at your site? My question is what type of financial arrangement is usually made with these people? Is it a set fee for the day, or a percentage of what they bring in? I have never done this before, so would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Obviously, try to find a good person to share your business with. If you do, id think id make it as advantageous to them as possible. Your benefit is simply gonna be having an actual solid person on site. Tell em "you help out here as much as possible, & give me 5% of net".
