advice : Boiler vs. Hot water heater

I don't know the max flow, or even if my pumps are pressure fed. ha. I'm a newby to this....
Just know I don't do a lot of business, w/ not much chance at growth, as this is a small fading town....

Well if you want to gamble a bit just go buy a residential 50 gallon gas hot water heater and see if you run out of hot water. If you do run out buy another one or add a mixing valve and turn up the temperature.

If you're good with how your existing water heater works then my move would be to sell the boiler for a quick buck and see if there's any way you could install the storage tank to go with your existing water heater since you mentioned that you run out of hot water sometimes. Try to contact a licensed professional or a licensed plumbing company to see if they can work something out, you can try to check here if these guys could do it for you. If not, at least you'll get their opinion if you would be better off selling your existing water heater and installing that new one you got based on what you need.
