I was wondering what type of responce some of you have received from this type of advertizing. Also how did you go about spreading the opt in number? On site signage? Reader board? mailings? etc.. Thanks in advance!

It seems like a lot of cell plans charge $.15 per message. It seems like that might infuriate some of those customers.

Anyone who uses texting on a routine basis would be likely to have unlimited in their plan.

A person would have to sign up to receive the texts and would have no valid reason to be "infuriated" by receiving them at a cost.

I think as long as they have signed up with you and you REALLY give the customer something beneficial they'll take it up.
