ADT security

I am looking at installing an ADT security system in my house. Does anyone have any experience with this company?...good or bad?
 
I have ADT and I think there are other options to consider.

I'd ask Bigleo as he seems to have the security system thing nailed down.
 
My neighbor had some problems with ADT. After install they were reluctant to come out and resolve some issues.

I use DEVCON here in the Florida Panhandle at 4 locations (one of which is residential) and could not be more pleased.
