ACW Telling Customers 2 Enter Full Bay

My Hamilton Goldline and D&S 5000 are evidently out of sync somehow. My ACW tells customers to enter the bay when it's in use. I've reset #6 and the ACW breaker to no avail.

Ideas?

I don't know about the Goldline, but when I've had similar issues with my ACW IV, I've been able to proceed with troubleshooting by replacing the #5 glass relay. This is the one on the far right and it "holds" the escrow function. When we either have the condition you described, or sometimes lose a wash from a waiting customer....very often replacing the #5 relay makes things better.
