I will lead with the fact that I am not trying to break in. I am trying to diagnose the problem. Yesterday we were trying to get in to the vault to do a cash out and when we punch in the code we get three beeps. We have other Access pay stations and all of the codes are the same. The code to get the main door open still works as it should but it seems we are locked out of the vault. My partner said he tried holding the 9v battery up to the pins and still the same results. Is it possible our employee reset the code by accident? If so is my only option a lock smith? I understand that this info is sensitive so if anyone want to send a private message instead i would be fine with that.
