A recommended register cleaner

Bill I'm always skeptical of these. I ran it and it found over 400 errors and of course the free version only fixes 15. Do you think the $25 version is worth it. My computer is sometimes painfully slow.
 
Well, it was recommended by a newsletter that I trust. I think that buying it, is reasonable. Apparently, you need to be careful with Win7 register "corrections".
