A little help needed…

Could someone please help me with resolving an issue with the over foaming of my presoak bucket.

It’s making a mess and I’d like to figure out how to make it stop.

Info:
- Presoak with HF
- Hydrominder used for mixing product and water
- Delivered to the tunnel with a FloJet

Its possible air is pushing back through your product line. What is your air PSI set to? Install a check valve if you dont have one. If that does not work then swap flojet and hydrominder with another product see if the problem follows.

Check to make sure no air is leaking in the chemical line to the hydrominder. Also check fitting where chemical line connects to hydrominder. Make sure it's tight and check to see if it has an o-ring on that fitting that may be broken. I have similar issues if the chemical line gets a crack in it where it connects to the hydrominder

Turn off the air to your presoak system and then turn each one at a time and look for bubbles coming back into your presoak tank. I'll bet you have a bad check valve out in the bay where the air meets up with the presoak junction. Or go out in the bay with a ladder and disconnect the air where the air meets the presoak, that probably the way I'd do it because like working off a ladder at 74 years old. Or if the presoak junction is up in the attic belly crawl your way across all rafters and disconnect the air from each assembly. When your do all of this your going to need a second person on the ground to start and stop the presoak function on the coin bay. I turned the air off to my presoak system years ago. Have fun

Fantastic advice. I’ll give this a try. Thanks
