Yesterday I had my photo eyes connected to my dryer control panel (Superior Blowers). The setup shuts down the 2 10 hp. and 1 oscillating 15hp blowers if the customer exits the blower arch before the alloted 60 seconds of time are up.
It works and will save me money, no doubt. However, my electrician could not figure out how to also end the wash cycle and thus begin a new cycle immediately once the photoeye setup says: "blowers off". I was hoping to add the start of the next wash cycle to the programming of the photoeyes in order to make this idea a moneky-maker(increased throughput) as well as money-saver.
Anyone with specific experience doing this, I could use your help. Thanks!
