Try this for beef or wild game hamburger. I think you will find they are the best you ever had.

2 LBs of ground hamburger
1 small can of mushrooms stems and peices
1 Tbl spoon of curry ( more or less to your taste)
1 Tbl spoon dried minced garlic
2 Tbl spoons of dried minced onions
1 TBl spoon Seasonal Salt
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Mix whole can of mushrooms with water from can with all the dry ingredients and let it
soak for 5 minutes. Then mix with hamburger and form into patties. It is best to grill them outside since the curry powder is very aromatic. This works great on wild game meat at taking away the gamey taste.

I mix Lipton Onion Soup Mix with the burger.....very good that way too!

Also, if none of you have tried Bubba Burgers (frozen in a box) I highly recommend them. Everyone I've told has become a big fan of them...quick, easy and very good.
