360plus Owners Question

Folks,

I am going to pull the trigger on a new 360plus. Any add ons that you feel are indispensable? Any add ons that I should pass on? Upgrading from a LW4K with no triple foam.

Any other words of wisdom before the trigger is pulled?

The new LW360 plus has a whole new rail system so he would have to replace the railings.

You can reuse the wall mount brackets that hold the rails but the rails are different. If your 4000 has stainless brackets, there is no point in replacing them. Our distributor didn't seem to be aware of this.

They are going to keep the wall mounts. The distributor knows what they are doing. I've checked out a recent install it looks and operates great. I haven't had any issues his far in getting tech support from PDQ. Something I should know? My distributor is also very helpful in troubleshooting with me via phone and text.

I've never had a support issue with PDQ. As long as you're somewhat technical and can speak the language, you'll be fine. Remember, there's only so much they can do over the phone. Not being onsite is tough to troubleshoot.
