3 Phase water proof quick connect plugs?

After replacing two of my oscillating motors for my Jim Coleman IBA's in the past week. I decided that the hardest part of the job is the routing of the wires back to VF drives and wiring it to the drive. I thought this job could take a lot less time and hassle if there was some type of water proof wiring harness that I could use near the motor to eliminate all of this. Anyone know of anything?

I believe they are 3 phase motors so you need a 4 prong plug. I have been using underground silicone filled wire nuts and taping/wire tying them under the motor mounting plate. I try to position them so that the open part of the wire nut is facing downwards. To hopefully keep the water from laying in the wire nut. But I would prefer to have plugs. Hopefully the links will lead to a 4 prong plug. Thanks to all who provided info.

Reds, I have been tempted to do what you're doing on a number of occasions but never felt comfortable because of the harsh environment. Even a small junction box inside the side gantry would make this easier. I am going to explore some of these options. If any of them work well, I will let you know. Thanks all that responded.

Magic Wand/Istobal has been using them on their Vortex automatics for years. I even have some used ones that I can make you a good deal on.

Mac what do they use? Are they three phase (4 wire) plugs? I might be interested.

Yes they are four wire plugs that have a rubber outer layer that overlaps the receptacle. As an extra precaution I seal them with liquid electrical tape.
