Will be Converging on Corpus Christi, Texas for The 10th
Annual International Mobile Tech Expo
January 20–22, 2011 at the Richard Borchard Fairgrounds.
The 2011 International Mobile Tech Expo is moving west to Corpus Christi, Texas, bringing with it, automotive appearance repair and reconditioning specialists from around the world. Contestants are registering from Hong Kong, Japan, The Netherlands, Austria, France, Germany, Canada, Great Britain, Australia and Mexico for this years Dent / Door Ding Contest alone.
The Mobile Tech Expo is for those wanting to start a new business, or those that are already established, as a mobile, storefront or home based business professional in the automotive appearance repair and reconditioning industry. The automotive aftermarket and specialty fields are multi-billion dollar industries. From glass repair and paint touch up to detailing and window tinting, all are well represented during the two day show.
The Expo is set for January 20-22, 2011 at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds in Robson, Texas, USA. The Expo has events for experienced Techs and new comers alike. The national contests for professionals such as Dent Olympics, Leather Restoration, Glue Pull, Work Truck/Vehicle and Int’l Paint Competition, also on the agenda for the Expo is Education Day on Thursday Jan 20th from 8:30am-5:00pm with a full day of classes, lectures, seminars and hands-on demonstrations in everything from glass & bumper repair to detailing and marketing. Contest results will all take place during the Expo.
On display will be the most complete array of new products, services and business opportunities that automotive appearance specialists are looking for, that will help them grow their business. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet with suppliers, network with others and compare business opportunities. With a hands-on approach to their business venture, new comers will be better able to make an educated decision regarding the specialty field they choose.
The 2011 event will again be holding a silent auction to benefit the Larry King Cardiac Foundation. Past items have included a complete Air Brush system, a two night stay at the Holiday Inn Clearwater Beach, Premium Car Care Products, an Extensive Windshield Repair Training Program, Paintless Dent Repair tools and much more, as donations continue to come into the show office right up to the event.
