This site is in dire need of moderators as the amount of spam on this site is beyond ridiculous. Spammers are listed as Jr. Members vs. banned, junk posts litter the forums and dilute search results. The "blogs" are filled with spam accounts and posts without being addressed...

I've tried resetting the G5 and Access paystation to no avail. I keep getting "Wash Closed"/"G5 Net CommError" on my Access screen. Any ideas? I've also reset the router/gateway and out of three network plugs, only one lit up as being online.

Over the past two weeks the screen on my PDQ Access paystation has slowly become dim. Last night I went to the wash and there was no backlight. The screen itself seems to be okay, but the lighting source is out. What are my options? Do you have to replace the entire part (which includes keypad)...
