Yep. We have actually has a welder fill in the low spot and grind it level. With that much play on the gantry it sounds like your gear box is going to need replacement soon. thanks for posting the fix….always helpful

Sounds like a prox switch issue. Prob reading front and back at same time. Entrance end prox switch should only light if unit is near very end of track (nearest entrance)

I had a similar issue on my markvii touchless. It was a loose prox switch on the treadle plate. it was annoying as it was infrequent and hard to figure out. Depending how the vehicle pulled on the treadle it sometimes didn’t make contact.… …....good luck….and please share the fix!!!

the loose wire may very well be the issue. Compare wiring to other bays and tighten all

maybe some loose or damaged wires related to swiper. gotta b something dilly snd easy. let us know the outcome

Prob need to program your new dti to match the others. most can be done at the Dan computer….some items need to be done with handheld at dti. Hamilton may also be able to log in and compare dti with each other

Look for bad or loose connection at prox switches

Look for clogs in any inline filters

Prob issue with the email to text service from your wireless provider. the automated messages are (I think) being rejected by the cell provider as spam.

Does the new one work in another bay?

Maybe keep a spare at wash so they can always activate bay for cleaning

Is wire loose at harness in bay or at main connection in office. is relay loose is filter clogged (though that normally would be issue on all bays is brush clogged is there a leak in line
