Thanks for the input Randy, I am relatively new to the car wash business but I will have one of my techs out to work on this and try swapping the validator out first and let you know how everything works out when everything is squared away!

It is a Hamilton Gold Line 1200FL Validator Version XEv3.60. I believe the last time it was serviced was the end of June and we are not an excessively busy car wash here.

I have the Hamilton C2000 changer that is giving me an error code for a stuck $5 input and keeps going out of order. It will change $1 bills correctly still. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what to check? Thanks!

I would seriously consider doing a count-up time as this has been proven to be especially effective. You can set your start/minimum the same if you would like but I would have an automatic stop after ten minutes or so to prevent the timer from running up charges if the customer forgets to press...
