Had same issue on 2.0. Can't remember which side, but I replaced a bearing on one of the drive wheels. I thought that since I had it apart, the drive wheel looked worn so I replaced that as well. As soon as I replaced it, I would get the wheel stand and it would slam into the stop. Found out...

If this is the same as WW 2.0. The actuator is an air actuator made by Parker Industries. I've never replaced mine, but I have a feeling I will have to soon, as I have a small air leak.

Have WW 2.0. Intermittently, not all the time, it will soap down the 1st half of the car and return to the home position and tell the customer to exit without washing the car.

Just replaced my disconnect box a couple weeks ago. Most of the welds at the fittings had stressed and broken. I ordered a new one from Coleman. $395.00. Kept the old one and getting it re-welded for next time.
