Those appear to be the control wires to all the function solenoids. Unfortunately, you're going to have to physically trace them back to the solenoids.
Make sure you ask for Keith Berry and tell him I said he should be able to find you whatever parts you need.......no matter how old or obscure. He loves a good challenge.
He's in the People's Republic of Washington. There is no such thing as rights there, especially if you're one of those evil, greedy businesses oppressing the masses for self enrichment.
How handy are you? I assume you have older Ginsan doors, correct? If so, you could just drop in new doors. The wiring is wire for wire and then remove the GS401 and buttons on the pumpstand. If the doors have the old GS31 on them, mounting a Dixmor in place of them doesn't look all that clean in...
Agree, I strongly suggest them all the time if you don't want to spend on an air dryer but this thread seems to have drifted to moisture absolutely being the cause when that's highly unlikely. Moisture would kill all the pumps, not just the same one over and over.
If this is only happening on one pump out of several, I seriously doubt it's a moisture in the air issue. Moisture will kill a Flojet and no amount of cleaning it and letting it dry out will fix it.
From your name it appears you are in California. I would suggest the $1K that Blanco is able to charge is going to be well below what you pay out there.
First, I would suggest throwing that Champion system in the nearest scrap dumpster.
To your question: The GS401 will need to be completely removed from the system. The GS27D has to stay. If that unit has the "Push to Start" and "Push to Stop" buttons, those will need to be disabled or removed...
Yup. Seen more than a few that the owners are offered crazy money for and they take it. I don't blame them. Unfortunately, more than a few that have bought into the BS on Youtube have lost their rears.
They think about what it took to build, add in their emotional attachment, stir in a healthy...
1) Flojets aren'te worth the hassle of rebuilding. Just get a new one
2) I would talk to your chemical rep for a recommendation on which Flojet to use. Rule of thumb has always been that the more corrosive chemicals like tire cleaner and some presoaks need Viton but the way chemistry has...
Then raise your price. It's not price fixing if your competitors follow on their own. Enough customers will realize the value of your wash to offset the few bargain chasers who run to another site. You'll get several of them back when they realize the other sites are less-than.
