This sounds like a stacking issue with the entry system. Depending on the type of entry system you are using, you should verify your Wash in Use or End of Wash signal settings. Almost sounds like your entry system is expecting an End of Wash signal, but getting a Wash in Use signal.
Something is up with the reversing circuit. If you don't have photo eyes on that door, I would suspect a freezing air switch or something along those lines. Could be a bad stop button in your push buttons as well, but that won't usually be an intermittent problem.
I have seen the rear window of an F150 get blown out in an automatic. The truck had been sitting outside all morning in -28 Celsius and then we washed it. It blew out right after the second pre-soak pass.
Are many of you using email blasts or email updates to keep your current clients up to date with what you are offering at your facilities? It seems to me like this would be an inexpensive way to make sure your current business doesn't wander somewhere else as well as maybe solicit a few new...

No, because all of the coils from the relays are isolated. The contact side would all share the same common and be connected to whatever you will use to turn the dryer on.. No Short-Circuit possible.
You could use relays. Each input that comes back would be wired to a separate relay coil. Then the contact side of the relay would be wired to your air dryer. You could also use a multiplexor. I build one for our stuff here in Calgary, but I am sure you can buy a ginsan one from Kleen-Rite...
I had the opportunity to witness a rear window popping out of a pick-up in the not so distant past. We could only account it to temperature change. We were testing a wash and had washed it once previous, then left it outside in about -10C weather for about 5 minutes. Then when it went back in...
I can't comment on the Powder Made Easy system as I have never seen or heard of it, but I sell Blendco simply because it gets the job done extremely well and the system is so adjustable for all situations. We have yet to have troubles getting a car clean using Blendco.
