Maybe consider taking out the vacuums altogether if your going free and eliminate the maintenance issue. There are ss operators that have eliminated trash cans too. Hard to turn a profit when giving away a service that has maintenance expenses.

What I've seen is the lack of maintenance when car washes go Free vacuum s No incentive to maintain and spills over to ss bays too.

I live 40 miles from border,never see cdn quarters as I use an Idx accepter. Car wash is attended and not asked to exchange to us coins either. A strong magnet will work weeding them out.

You better figure on a full time attendent,divide hours among employees. Constant maintenance issues and keeping a parts inventory to minimize breakdowns. This is a hands on business to survive and not cost effective to have breakdowns fixed by outside techs.
