I appreciate all of your comments , advice and suggestions. I didn't hear anything from my neighbor yesterday. He said that the owner was coming to pick up a deposit and he would ask her about me giving them a call...but nothing yet. Maybe he thinks I'm going to go to the wash to check with him...
