I've been reading that a wash should be priced at 10 x earnings to 3.5 x earnings. Do you think that gross or net? Net would be great but that just doesn't sound quite right.

I've been looking at some water bills for a prospect car wash and noticed it is using about 25000 gal of water a month. How many gal does it take to wash a car? The car wash is about 10years old so I know the equipment is not that efficient. Should I guess 10gal per car? 4gal?
