Pre Soaks and wheel cleaners are labeled corrosive, but with new technology you can clean without corrosive. Most guys have gotten away from the abf and hf options. Do your self a favor. Google "dangers of industrial scents". Your going to want all unscented products

The best price can be obtained when you do not need a sales person. If you buy direct from a manufacturer "not re brand or private label" prices can be negotiated. If you want a sales person to hold your hand and give you free stuff, you pay for it.
