The existing equipment doesn't look to bad. Looks to me like everything could start with a good cleaning, get all the equipment up and running and go from there.
I have a Bill changer customer who values his Tokens at $2.50. He had me set up Bill changer so it dispenses 2 tokens on a $5 bill and so on. It been that way for a number of years.
I'd probably call Rowe and see if they have a out of service kit, one that's plug and play. I don't know how the Rowe BC1400 out of service light is wired, is it hot all the time like the Hamilton out of service light or is it off and they put power to it to make it come on. We've gotten rid of...
I don't have any air dryers or filters on the air that is supplied to my one and only Flo-Jet pump on the Foam brush system, never have a problem with it. Why are you using a Vitron pump? All we ever have used is the Santoprene pump.
What a flipp'n mess. You need to clean up the wiring before you do anything, it looks like a 5th grader was working on the wiring! I'd replace the fuses with a 10 amp breaker. You say it will run for about 5 minutes before the fuse blows. Put a clamp on Amp meter on the power wire and see how...
I’ve had the same problem in the past. When the weep would come on the Presoak tank would overflow. When the high pressure would come on it wouldn’t leak by, the high pressure would close the bad check valve. What I ended up doing was disconnecting the Presoak line out in the bay and turn on the...

You should never pump grease into a motor, the bearing inside the motor are a sealed bearing. All your doing is pushing grease into the inside of the motor.
A bundle of 52 Terry towels is $21.99 at my local Costco. They are a lot better towel than what I've bought from the car wash suppliers. We sell a lot of them. We sell them for $1. Costco doesn't sell Armoral pads. Costco also sells a new Microfiber towel.
What kind of timer board is that? Try disconnecting the coin acceptor from the timer and see if it still says FAIL. If when you disconnect the coin acceptor and it doesn't say FAIL then you know it's the coin acceptor that is sending a constant coin pulse to the timer.
My shop vac has a cloth pre-filter to help prolong the life of the pleated filter. Try making a cloth bag and slip it over the pleated filter on your vacs and see if it cuts down on the suction and makes it easier to clean the pleats on the filter.
A 4 – 3 error is a Hopper 3 Coin drop switch stuck error. Replace the Payout switch and you should be golden. You might also want to look at the Hopper bowl for a groove that gets worn into the bottom of the Hopper with age. When you get a groove worn in the bottom of the Hopper bowl you can get...
I always use a Flare fitting on any component that I might have to replace or disconnect at sometime. Like on your air regulators.
