We no longer have card swipers. We took them all off and replaced them with Tap and pay, forcing the public to use card chip or there phone. So far we are happy with the results. The Cryptopay system has nothing to do with the validator acceptance. If your accepting Tokenotes now you can...
14 inches X 77 inches isn't a very big sign. Where do you plan on putting this sign on your car wash? We have a digital at one of our car washes, I think it's about 5' X 5'. At one of the other car washes the bulbs burned out years ago and we turned it off, it had no affect on business by...
I've seen it a few times over the years that you get a 24 - 28 volts but you don't get enough amperage to fully open the solenoid. It's always nice to figure something out. I don't have all those water tank problems. My pumping plant is fed with reduced city water pressure, very seldom do I ever...
Try switching the hoses around so the Hot is on the Cold side and the Cold is on the Hot side of the Dole valve and see what happens. Is the cold water fed by city water pressure?
There are a lot variables here. What's your air pressure to the pump and the air pressure on the foaming? What kind of pump are you using to pump soap fluid out to the bays? Do you have any pictures of your set up?
Nope, they were long gone by the time the internet came along. Here’s some info for you. The last Slant automatic was installed on Whidbey Island in the small town of Bayview Washington in the shopping center on the corner of Hwy 525 and Howard Road in around 1996.
I think your best route would be to clean out the holes that the valves are in, clean up the valves a little bit and do what Blanco has suggested by doing a pressure test to see if the system is going hold pressure. I would go over 30psi on a pressure test.
Pump #1 problem. When you re[laced the seals did you check the pump head for any signs of head washout? If the head is washed out the seals that you installed are ruined by now. Another thing you can try is to disconnect the water supply to the pump, temporally install a hose on the connected to...
The old AE2612U3 validator if you can find them. If you have them now just keep getting them repair when they go back. All the frames of the AE26X2 series validators are the same. All you have to do is to change the front bezel to change the configuration of the validator. If you want to take...
There was a post not to long ago on this very subject https://www.carwashforum.com/threads/i-am-looking-for-a-company-that-can-resleeve-a-cat-530-pump-head-i-have-two-that-are-only-3-years-old-and-have-worn-out-replaced-seals-and-valves.25800/
The ACW-5 would take 110 volt Mars validator. You have to use a re-locate kit and move the controller off the door and separate the display from the controller and mount it on the door. The Talos CPI T642U3 validator is a 24 volt validator, I don't recommend using the Talos validator in a wet...
