We hand dry our $15 and $19 and I can feel the difference between rain x and the Hot Wax. Customers love it too!!!! Yep it costs a lot but I would never remove it from our wash.

Why not do express with self serve and free vacs. That's what I am doing now at my express. Killing the guy with self serve and pay vacs. Also we let them use our micro fiber towels and windex. If I every build the next location it will have 4 self serve bays attached too the building.

Sold my Belanger unit for $9,000. I now hand apply tire shine (CSI tire jelly) cost (labor $0) (product .02) per car. No tire sling and my customers love it!!!

Every time I see a tire machine in a tunnel I also see (slick/dirty) concrete, tire shine sling on a clean car. THEY DONT WORK!!!!!!! Tires/rims come in all shapes and sizes.

I'm with you. Had the Belanger unit for three years then sold it. We also hand apply and customers now vist us because of the hand applied tire shine. No extra labor.

Wow love your arch!!!! Paid $5g plus 2g for installation of my NS Hot Wax machine. How much did it cost to build yours? Thinking about building a triple foam arch using multi colored LEDs.

We use Simoniz hot wax. KR has it. We charge $19 or $4 ala cart.

I removed the way the soap sprays on the wrap. I now use foam sticks prior to the Quickfire. I now modified it to spray soap on the rails on certian wash packages and that keeps them very clean and lubes the rail and the bushings. I can send you some pics.

I have the Belanger Quick Fire and love it. I have modified it and works perfect. Washed aprox 175,000 cars with it.

I was able to lift up the arches but I did cut around the base of the equipment. So far I have run about 4,000 cars and no problems yet. The soap does cover the floor around the foam sticks but just rinses off and still looks like the day I installed it:D It's funny to watch the customers drive...

I'm not to crazy about the club plans. The only people it helps is the chemical supply company, water company, power company, and your equipment manufacture. We do have the fast pass but do not promote them.

Plastic. I just had a hydraulic leak and I just washed it of the floor. At the end of the night just rinse the soap off. The only problem is that I had to screw it down. The concrete will never dry. diamond wash can you post the pics I sent you?
