The new account setup team had just screwed up when setting up the profile for the devices, we sorted that out over the phone and I've hardly had to give a thought to them since.

I ran into this issue at my Coleman wash today. Difference is it only added an hour or so to my daily check. When I found these symptoms in the bay I closed it and tried the contactor. Motor and pump were fine but obviously contactor not energizing. Back at bay switch is old and a little wobbly...
They set these up on count up but a quarter value super high, like .25/min so I can't even reset prices in the bay temporarily because that's too cheap.
The HF cobalt step bit with my impact driver instead of drill worked fabulously. All 6 are installed but need to get with tech support to configure them, on count up the timer is running out before the reader hits with a pulse after the initial.
