    New contactor

I grabbed a couple of the Fuji electric contactors with thermal overload relays and am finally now getting ready to replace a bad one in my pump rack. This old Sprecher has a jumper going from A2 to 95, do I do the same on the new one? What is this for? On the new thermal overload relay 95 is...

    Adding Monex readers

The new account setup team had just screwed up when setting up the profile for the devices, we sorted that out over the phone and I've hardly had to give a thought to them since. Overall great move. Significant increase to totals and tap utilization is even higher than I would have thought...

Strange scratches - not sure what would cause

Crows feet is clear coat failure, definitely not done by the wash. GM is notorious for this.

    What kind of vacuums?

Sounds like an area with lots of express washes. The suction you get from those $$$ central systems is insane! You'd need 6-motor units to compete.

    WWYD?

So I was checking out a competitors wash and went to test the hp soap but no water is coming out. I feel the pressure behind the trigger (blocked nozzle) before I realized what I did I grabbed a pick out of the door of my truck and unplugged it. What would you guys do if you were in this situation?

Considering Card Only Self Serve Car Wash

This was another plus for Monex when I was shopping around. Their router uses a 4G connection so no ISP/phone line as a weak link.

Considering Card Only Self Serve Car Wash

#3 is huge. Torn up coin vaults can be costly to fix and you wouldn't dare file insurance over it with the way things on that end are so...

Considering Card Only Self Serve Car Wash

I know it's damn near impossible to build a new SS nowadays but I think a nice, clean, cashless SS with touchless IBA would do well in my area, but it's all booming with new development, homes shopping centers, soon more apartments... tons of express tunnels and gas station car washes but over...

    Amazon/chemicals

Considering JBS and Simoniz are part of KRs soap sales it's plausible to suspect anyhow.

    Motor starter problem

I ran into this issue at my Coleman wash today. Difference is it only added an hour or so to my daily check. When I found these symptoms in the bay I closed it and tried the contactor. Motor and pump were fine but obviously contactor not energizing. Back at bay switch is old and a little wobbly...

    solenoid brass valve stem

I dont think it's critical to have these mirror smooth, I just scrape them out and make sure the plungers don't bind anywhere.

    Adding Monex readers

They set these up on count up but a quarter value super high, like .25/min so I can't even reset prices in the bay temporarily because that's too cheap.

What's most difficult maintenance/ tech help, to get onsite?

The young ones (mid 20s) are Gen Z in case you needed to feel older today.

    Adding Monex readers

The HF cobalt step bit with my impact driver instead of drill worked fabulously. All 6 are installed but need to get with tech support to configure them, on count up the timer is running out before the reader hits with a pulse after the initial.
