I agree with you. But just one more thing about count down. Every time the customer has to swipe the card there is another fee for them and for you.

I use count up, and I use CAGE as my processor.

I live in SW Pa. and have never changed the default settings on my Dixmor. In the 15 years that I have had them I have never had a frozen bay.

It sounds like your pump is starving for water.Before you take your pump apart, check your water input first. Including your check valve if there is one in the water input. I had the same problem and it was a clogged fitting on the input line.
