Good question! My Commander has a canopy And the entrance door closes behind the car going into the bay I have heard that anyone that uses an idtech reader in a ss bay is going to be replacing units quickly

So far - my idtech reader has been working very nicely! My Customers even comment on it as to its ease of use - much better than th ingenico reader we started with on the Commander

I really like the Id tech cc reader that I installed on my Commander. MY CUSTOMERS like it more!!!!! Much easier than the original Ingenico. But- I have a roof over my pay station and keeps weather off of the unit.

Just did this last night at my small wash Old original bill acceptor went bad, and they no longer fix them. So ordered the retro fit kit for a new mars/ Talos bill acceptor. Easy swap - worked when turned on. All is good!
