How am i pushing equipment? I work on car washes everyday and i know you wont have this problem with hydraflex because its on demand. No mixing tank that just sits and coagulates.

Flush and regeneration are two different things. A purclean ro flushes for 2 mins every 4 hours and whenever you turn the power off/on. By default the regeneration happens every 7 days.

5cp2120? The plastic cages on the check valves can wear and flex. They wont let the spring fully compress. So you wont always feeling pulsation.

I always change all seals on cat pumps if any of them are worn. Youre unloader could be wearing out. Check cages and o rings on the check valves. See if there is water mixing with the oil. Make sure none of the plungers are cracked. What model cat is it?

You can use a product like aluminum brightner but you will have to dillute it to make sure you dont burn the stainless.

Hard to find parts for ssa futura’s being they went put of business years ago. We have spare machines that we ripped out and replaced with istobals mostly. Youre supposed to run hydraflex at a minimum of 160 psi so we set the booster pumps at 180. Are you using the 2hp/20gpm pump that hydraflex sends you or a 3hp/30gpm?
